All potential changes to the tax code should be evaluated for their impact to the economy and the stability of future revenue, with an understanding that business property tax is the most onerous tax on businesses in Arizona. Further, it’s important that tax incentive programs are successful and increase the quality and quantity of jobs in Arizona and stimulate innovation in the marketplace.
